The most important step in improving and expanding pharmacy services is to determine the Pharmacy Enterprise’s current capabilities, opportunities and readiness for change.

During the assessment phase, we will conduct an extensive onsite visit to review, assess, and validate requested data based upon the project scope. At this time, we will meet with your key organizational leaders to better understand your organizational strategy, leadership commitment, project operations, and discuss project methodology.

If necessary, we may conduct additional market research such as surveys for your target audience and/or interviews with key stakeholders.

After analyzing all data collected prior to and during the site visit, we'll prepare a 3-year financial pro-forma and develop a suggested project timeline from initiation to conclusion.
